Inspections and Laboratories
This Business Area covers Concremat Tecnologia and Saybolt Concremat and has its origin in the first private laboratory of concrete control in Brazil, founded in 1952, embryo of the Concremat Companies.
Concremat Tecnologia is dedicated to the rendering of quality control services in construction as safety, economy and durability tool of the projects. The analyses and controls are made at its own laboratories, accredited by the Instituto Nacional de Metrologia e Qualidade Industrial (INMETRO) and oriented by guidelines of ISO standards, located in the cities of Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo. Its laboratories are equipped to perform tests on the main materials and components of civil construction.
Saybolt Concremat is fruit of the partnership between Core Laboratories Company/ Saybolt Internacional and Concremat Companies and dedicates to the rendering of inspection services. The activities have punctual or continuous actions to assure the conformity of the products as of the specifications established by national and international standards.
The tests are performed in proprietary laboratories, accredited by Inmetro, located in the cities of Santos and Aratu, and at mobile laboratory facilities.
